My name is Jeff Cook and first of all, I am a Christian. I have been singing since I was 9 years old. I don't play any instruments so it's been crazy hard for me to write my own music so I sing to accompaniment tracks. I do, if given the option, turn off all BGV because God has given me an incredible ear for harmonies.
I have a studio in my house and besides the projects I've recorded there, I have 2 albums. They're low budget but they show my humble beginnings.
The studio has been an ongoing process. I have just recently started using ProTools and wow, what a difference! I still have some upgrading to do in order to achieve the sound I'm looking for but I have great patience.
The first project using ProTools was a Christmas Album which turned out pretty good. Take a listen and let me know what you think.
Three years ago, I was diagnosed with Cancer and it did a number on my voice. Thank God I beat the cancer but even after this much time my voice is still a little rough but I have come a long way.
I'd love to find a Christian song writer who'd like me to sing his/her songs, I just have not been able to do so as of yet.
As I record new songs, I'll post them here cause I'd love to hear your comments.
Of course I will have CD's to sell for anyone who wants one.
