About Band
Rapt in Transit has a range of music style, from rock, to metal, to punk, we mix it all in to make songs that most can enjoy. Although one song may be one style don't expect all songs to be. Just because we don't have any songs on our page right now doesn't mean we don't have any at all. We have currently 4 songs we have stuck with, but the reason it takes so long for us to make songs is because everyday we play, and get new ideas for songs, and sometimes it can take awhile to get songs done to all of our satisfaction. We would rather have one kickass songs than 3 decent ones so we try to make all of our songs the best we can. We have many people we would love to thanks for supporting us and staying with us.
Rapt In Transit's members have a semi-long history together. Cole (drummer) and Jordan started the band Public Disturbance in Spring 2003, and soon after that Joe (bass) joined along with another guitarist, and Public Disturbance was made. After a slow 2 years Public Disturbance broke up in Spring of 2005 after one show, and many practices of getting nothing done. Cole joined Rapt in Transit, which guitarist Greg was in. And Joe stopped playing bass for a while. After Rapt In Transit lost their lead guitar and bass, Cole and Greg kept the band alive with just the two of them. Then Joe relized he should play bass again and joined. We soon met Brad and since we was insane at guitar and couldn't get friends any other way than through us he joined, then Jake come along and joined as well, the band is set, kinda, but a new guitarist is pretty much expected to be on the way.
