ROCKO'S NERVOUS BREAKDOWN is the solo project from musical rennaissance man, Dan "Rocko" Whatley. Rocko hails from Augusta, Georgia....Technically, he started this project in 1999 during a break from another band he had been in. Throughout the years since then, Rocko's Nervous Breakdown has survived in various incarnations until he finally settled on the current form. Influences are way too many and too diverse to mention them all but some of them are: Skinny Puppy, Apoptygma Berzerk, Blaqk Audio, Neuroticfish, Stabbing Westward, Grendel, VNV Nation, Placebo, Ministry, NIN, Angelspit....etc...and THAT'S just a few.... On June 1st, Rocko's Nervous Breakdown released the self-titled debut album, currently available for download through NimbitOMT on the Official Myspace profile for the project and is also available through ALL the major 3rd party distributers such as Itunes, Amazon, etc. as well as hopefully having cd's available in stores and through special order in the very near future. On Nov. 1st, Rocko's Nervous Breakdown released the single for the song "Your Eyes Light up" and is currently working on a new album.  This is one act you are definitely going to want to keep your eyes on!!!
