10/19/09: So, here's what's up...

Recording Hard Pop this weekend? Maybe. In addition to "Nicole Marie" (what is up now is a rough mix), the E.P. will feature the tracks "Todayo", "Football Game", and the brand new track "Every Little Thing". Whether this E.P. attracts me the label attention and wider distribution i'm looking for, i'm already in the planning stages of my next project, and it's going to be bigger than ever...

Starting in late January of 2010, i'll begin recording my next full length, currently titled Somehow So-Cal. So far, the album is slated to feature 10 [totally new] tracks, with production value being expected to surpass the upcoming E.P. The album is slated for an early June (2010) release.

I guess, on my part, it will be a great challenge for me. It will be my last album in high school. I really want it to be something big, something special. I want it to be a ten-track assault, anthem after anthem, not letting up until the last track is over. Massive, fist-in-the-air songs with catchy singalong choruses and hooks, lots of harmonies, melodic guitar work and earthquake-heavy drums. Songs with the ability and potential to get a stadium of screaming kids on their feet...and I intend to bring out every drop of potential, note for note, word for word, guitar lick for guitar lick...
