Richard and Ronald Lines left Venezuela with a couple songs and plans of creating a Rock n’ Roll band; they arrived Costa Rica on 2001 where they would soon meet their drummer Danilo and after going thru a few bassists, Jonathan came in to fulfill the position. Some concerts took place during this period and the songs became to take shape after constant re-arrangements, at ends the band started creating the sound of Saint Legion. The need of recording some songs out of the band’s repertoire appeared soon and at the same time came up TV appearance and more concert offerings that were aimed by the band. The creation of the Demo became into a long process as the members were also engineering the recording sessions and purchasing equipment to record the tracks, as well as financing the costs of mixing and mastering. As far as influences go, the band admires a very large number of genres of music and world class bands which directed Saint Legion towards music challenges and to satisfy the need of today’s market for a commercial band that possesses technical abilities to create and perform real music, move people and deliver a powerful lyric with drive and attitude throughout universal songs.
