5 recordings and 3 bass players later shes in pain continues to grow and mature. Exploring new sounds along the way they are finally writting their first full lenth album:WHEN THE WOODS WERE YOUNG. Comming out in the spring of 2008.  

She's In pain has opened for many larger more mainstream metal bands like: Soulfly, Unearth, and the Red Chord. They've also brought in many unsigned bands from all over the East Coast. They're also a part of Ohiovania Dudecore, which is an alliance of bands that was created by From A Second Story Window, a band who started out of Sharon Pa, which is now signed to Metal Blade records. She's In Pain tries to help out as many local bands as possible, and people who are involved in the local music scene.
