The band was founded in 2007 and got completed by Drummer Basti, who actually just came into the band as replacement for a gig at the historic vienna birdland club - which generally is known for Jazz-music.The music of sonic tension is a fusion of rock, heavy metal and blues. the band was massively inspired by bands like Queen, Metallica, Muse, Pearl Jam and many others.
