About Band
Splendorleaf is a Christian Rock and Praise band from Central Texas formed in early 2008 by the husband and wife team of school teachers Brandon (vocals and sax) and Karen (vocals) Hixson. Other members include Kenny (guitar) and Debbie (vocal) Carter, Gary Poe (bass guitar), and Pete Rios (percussion) all of Corsciana, Texas.
Splendorleaf's lates CD, entitled "Waiting On A Cue" is due to be released in early March 2009.
The album entitled, "Splendorleaf" was released in February 2008 and the first single, "What's In This Love" quickly landed in the Top Ten Singles IAA Chart on The Christian Radio and Retail Weekly in April 2008, giving the band national recognition.
