After nearly eighteen years Chicago thrashers Subliminal Slaughter are back and sounding better than ever.  The three piece band originated in Plainfield, Illinois in the fall of 1988 with Guitarist/singer Bruce Gruben, Bassist Bob L. and drummer Ted VanTilburg.  In the summer of 1990 the band ended due to creative differences.  However, during its two year run, nine original songs were composed. 

Today, with all three members back on board, some of the originals have been reincarnated and new material is in the works.  Also, a second guitarist, Darrell Moore (ex Morgue and Temporal Bleed) has been added to the line up for an additional element of insanity.
