Swift Slay Aka 5 Starz was born in Haiti, raised in Miami, FL. He started writing and developed his own style at a very young age. Swift Slay became well known and respected in the streets because of his raw lyrics and delivery abilities. His style can only be described as smooth and classy. You can relate to just about every word that he spits. Swift mostly focus on his writing skills. Writing the best on point verses and hooks, that's what his aiming for. His biggest challenge was finding ways to come up with his own unique sound. Which over time became one of his strength, and that's what separate Swift from the average artist. Swift Slay was in a local rap group called "Heavy Possy" back in 2001. The group was doing very well had the girls screaming in every city they went to, they also had the opportunity to work with lots of big names such as Nelly, Lloyd, and T-pain including many more. Sadly a few years later the group broke-up. Thats when Swift Slay decided to persue his music career as a solo artist. Currently Swift Slay is looking to get sign with a major record label, Swift usually performs at local clubs, parties, big events also had a chance to open for Akon in New York City. In 2009, Swift released his first and only solo project “Penetrate Reloaded”. With his hit singles "Err'body Kno Me" and "Everytime" He was able to move a lot of units in the streets and also online. Swift Slay stated that he's more focus on dropping hot new singles instead of an album until he gets sign To A Major Label.
