‘Tarkers’ is Dan Welsh, an exciting new artist from the UK. Starting to play the piano at the age of 8 he quickly realized his passion for music and began performing at every possible opportunity. Having an avid obsession for listening and playing music, growing up he would play any and every instrument available to him. His latest EP displays this in featuring him on an impressive 10 different instruments!
After playing in bands of every genre including punk bands, indie bands and a very well acclaimed soul/funk combo he started to focus on his own material with Dan playing every instrument on the tracks as well as acting as sound engineer and producer. Citing influences from Gary Barlow to Buddy Holly to Royksopp, Tarkers produces a unique, interesting and often very varied style that will not fail to impress.
