In late 2007, founding members... Aaron Lee & Jeff Crego (Any Given Week), and Joe Kroehler (the Renaissance/Zillion), all recently from departed touring bands came together to write a new style of rock music then they had previously been involved with.   All three of them in their youth had been in the Joliet, IL based local band "Level 13" and since had been all working class professional musicians... decided to take a step back and a more relaxed take to the music industry.

Over the next year, the three some would have sessions where they would write, record, and rehearse material, but never feel into the role of a band.  In 2008, after a short departure with Metal band, Zillion, Joe and the rest of this threesome resumed writting, however in his absence the pair of Aaron and Hood had recruited long time friend and former stage tech, Adam Eldred to help with songwritting.   With this new union the Foursome have since... released 3 demo'ed sessions. 

Now in 2009, the Group of four have written a solid set of material that is a collective taste of alt. rock, modern hard rock, with ambient influences ranging from Radiohead, Cave in, and Mute Math.  This along with their childhood influences of Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, Sevendust, Deftones, Sparta, Soundgarden, and other hard rock and grunge of the 90's and early 2000 era!   There collective efforts are nothing short of ORIGINAL!  With a sound truely unique, a professional work eithic of seasoned musicians, stage presence compariable to any Major National act, and sense of humor close to that of industy monsters Blink 182... THE EYES OF ELROND are a band to watch in 2009 and the years to come.
