The gritty soulful vocals of their engaging frontman interlace with proficient & intensely exhilarating guitar work & a vacuum tight rhythm section, creating a band who’s combined skills captivate audiences & bring them back screaming for more. Phil Allen has been described as a consummate frontman, with the ability to draw in an audience and keep them in his palm with his innate stage persona and command of the stage. Dave Robinsons guitar work is consistently classed as 'stunning' and 'amazing', whilst the band are a rock solid unrelenting unit of intertwining Blues Rock rhythms and melodies.
The acclaimed 2009 ‘All Night Sinnin’ album received ‘top-class pedigree’ reviews from Blues Matters, Blues in Britain, Powerplay, Classic Rock & many other UK & International Blues Rock publications & The Idle Hands new 16 original track “Ready for Business” album is due for release in June 2011.
The band continue with live shows in their quest for greater national & international recognition & more prestigious main stage appearances on Blues Rock festivals & events to go with those already achieved with the likes of Quireboys, Dan Baird, Robert Harts Bad Co, Climax Blues Band & Aynsley Lister amongst several notable others. 2011 brings further opportunities for the band with support slots with Robin Trower, more with Aynsley Lister & main stage at Newark Blues Festival on the British Blues Awards presentation day.
This is a band that cannot & will not allow you to ignore them !
