About Band
Early in 2006 the 2 founding musicians of The Tragedy of Mariam (Mike Bennett and Nate Pryor) started jamming in Nate sisters garage, they never thought it would amount to anything, or turn out the way it has. A month or two goes by, and they find Myles Rodgers who would take over Nates spot on drums, and Nate would move onto playing bass guitar they wrote a bunch of songs, but they were still missing something. Something to make the music stand out above the rest, so they contacted Mike Van Winckle (aka Vans) to play lead guitar in TTOM. However they are still missing one thing, a lead vocalist. TTOM is comprised of Mike Bennett on rhythm guitar, Nathan Pryor on bass guitar, Myles Rodgers on drums and Mike Van Winckle (aka Vans) on lead guitar. We are an Emo/Rock/Punk band formed in August 2006. We played our first show at the Coach and Horses on Dec. 15th, 2006 w/former vocalist Seth Makatoko and hope to come to a local bar, or venue near you!
