Torrey Ranucci has mastered playing many different instruments, singing , and composing his 1st song at the age of 5. This 33 yrs old prodigy is a talented performer of many instrument, among them are Classical and Electric Guitar, Piano, many string instruments. Torrey Ranucci enthic background is Silician from his father,and African American, Irish, mixed with Comanche indian from his mother.He was born in Batesville (Ark), but grew in the inner city life of Manhattan (Ny), Pontiac (Mi), Rome,Italy for 3yrs, and traveling all over learning about different cultures and music . His major influences are: Jimi Hendrix Carlos Santana, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Stanley Jordan, Frank Zappa, Stevie Vai, Prince, Al Di Meola, Paganni, and Paco de lucia,John Mclaughlin,Jaco Pastoruis,Tony macalpine . He loves to be involved in a wide range of music genres. This includes, but unlimited to: Jazz and Funk fusion mixed with latin music. Torrey has been producing , and arranging his own music, as well as sitting in at local Jazz jams in Memphis (Tn), Tijuana (Mx), San diego (Ca), Manhattan,(Ny) ,San Franciso (Ca), Phoenix(Az) ,and Las Vegas(Nv). His is a self contained virtuoso when playing Guitar and Piano. In addition he sings several different vocal ranges. Currently he has resided to Alexandria, Egypt , and is planning a future musical tour in Europe. Torrey Ranucci’s songs are truthfully communicating ideas of love, passion,culture, and peace. He has very strong opinions about the art of music, and does not desire most of the superficial kinds of music spread by the media of today. As a result of his various interactions with different cultures, Torrey Ranucci strongly believes in God and spirituality, rather than stereotyping.And on the Music side his world is completely universal, this self contained musician ,Sound Engineer, Producer Composer and the list goes on.
