TWE1V3 was formed in early 2007 and is the latest incarnation of a band which a group of friends have been in the process of forming for many years in the Rochdale area of Manchester.

At time of writing TWE1V3 are gaining a large local north west following through their energetic live set, and have recently supported top-unsigned act, The Whiskeycats, at the Ritz Club In Manchester, to a capacity audience.

Early Years

Danny and Sim played together in their younger years in a band called "Rewired", with Sim on Guitar and Danny on vocals. The Band included two other friend, Damien Jackson on the Bass and Ben Smith on the drums, who would appear in many incarnations of many of the friends bands. At roughly the same time Stu was busy plying his trade in bands called "Stubborn" and later "rndmtsk" and whilst Tarpey was missing out on a lot of the action, he was an avid bedroom rocker and also tryed his hand in a band called "The Mushrooms" whilst in school (which include Damien and Ben). Tarpey and Stu also played together in a PINK FLOYD tribute band which never really got of the ground. 

Later On

After all bands had split and the guys were trying to grow up and become responsible adults, Danny and Tarpey started to write and record their own material. With fresh momentum Danny, Tarpey, Sim, Stu and Damien decided it was time for another go and the band formed, although at this time they did not have a name.

After some initial practising and writing sessions the band were sounding good and coming up with what they hoped was some pretty good origianl material. It was at this time that Damien on the Bass, decided to leave the band and Sim swapped the Rhythm Guitar and took over the vacant spot on the Bass. Danny's brother Matt was brought in on Rhythm Guitar and the band was complete.

With a new name "TWE1V3 (12)"
