Growing up in the streets of New Jersey, was a talented kid named Lorenzo H.Hamlin. He loved all sports but basketball was his favorite. His other talents were gymnastics, martial arts, drawing and writing songs. Like alot of other kids growing up in the projects,Lorenzo grew up without a mother and a father. His life was not easy growing up,especially being the middle child out of his siblings. Lorenzo has three brothers and two sisters. After living in a foster home for nine years,at the age of nine Lorenzo's uncle Westley and aunt Shirley took him in. He then resided in Far Rockaway Queens with his brothers, sisters, and cousins. At age 11,Lorenzo started getting more serious with writing songs. It wasn't until Lorenzo turned 21,when he got saved and started writing christian rap music. He vowed to only write music that would encourage,inspire,motivate,strengthen,and uplift people. Lorenzo is focused and spreading his music everywhere,including on different websites like Blackplanet.com,Reverbnation.com,and Ourstage.com and his presence is still growing everyday. So look out and make way,for the new christian rap idol, that is on arrival,a man we all can call, Universal Disciple.
