"V8 Heavywieghts" an Independent Hip-Hop group out of Kansas City,MO that consist of (3) emcees. Dozia, On 1, and Tip. who have three different styles but when put together make the perfect sound. The Heavywieghts broke ground in 2006 after releaasing several underground mixtapes and performing at open mic nights around the town. In 2007 the group started recording there first compilation album "5 lbs" said to be released later this year(2008). Since then V8 has been on the move trying to get there voices heard. MOst recently they have performed at clubs from Wichita,KS to North Kansas City,MO, and At home in Downtowm Kansas City.
