About Band
Vampyrouss are a 4 piece Gothic Romance band from the picturesque South West of England. Since the bands creation in 2002, their sound has progressed into something quite unique. After a spate of Demos in 2004/2005 the band released several digital singles and accompanying promo videos throughout 2006 building up to the release of their debut album “Compendium Vampyrica” in early 2007.
So far 3 singles have been lifted from the album, all with accompanying music videos, the latest being the majestic “My Passion Predator” which features the dangerously delightful Michelle in the role of a seductive succubus and the band as the tortured souls of her victims…
The band have been noted for this artistic flare in their videos and photographs, showing that Vampyrouss are not just “a band” but an entity in all mediums, from the beautiful artwork to the grandiose prose of the lyrics and of course the epic soundscapes the band have delicately created.
