Walk In Coma was formed around October 2006 where 2 friends from school and a brother decided to do something different musicly. Mark and Alex had allready played together prior to Marks brother J came in. They had a couple of songs worked out with Alex on acoustic and Mark on electric guitar. At this time they had decided it was time to get down the studio and start creating something new across the music scene. The drummer from former band Confined Spaces then joined down the studio for a first session. They gelled together perfectly and the band was formed.

Our sound has progressed alot since 2006 and have worked hard to get to the stage we're at, as to begin with we couldn't find a vocalist to suite our style, so we searched but were unsuccesful until Alex busted out a couple of vocals one sunday. We decided Alex's style of voice was pretty much what we were looking for, adds a bit of a grungy effect.

We have currently recorded one cd entitled 'Lyrics in Random Places' with 4 tracks: Layne, Homoerotic Incestuality, Old Bleeding Man and False idol. The cd is free and we hand it out at any gigs we play so come along and suport us! We hope to record again soon as we have loads of new songs that hardly anybodys herd ye, showing off a different side of us, writing a few mellow songs so watch this space for any details of any gigs or news!
