There's only one "original" Whiskey Prophet. Check any search engine, and this author will come up first. The MP3's you can hear (here) are just a sample.

Whiskey Prophet has been on the net for an awful long time. It was not hard to see that if you aren't into being exploited by a corporation (yet want exposure) you have to get out there and DIY. Along with this project, I offered other bands/artists the opportunity to get online. One response was:

"I don't give a f**** about the internet!"

I'll bet you anything that opinion has changed since.

Now I could blather on here about my own history, or those I've worked with.. In fact, that's what used to be here. But as fast as things change, the more some things stay the same. If you really want to know about what is happening/has happened, just enter Whiskey Prophet into a search engine. Plenty will come up. I'm not gonna waste your time here. There's a file playing right now, and you're either liking it or not.

So what I tell to all the cyber-surfers tends to change a bit (as trends do.) If you're just a music fan, I hope you like it. (That's why it's here.) If you're a musician, more power to ya. If you're a big bloated media company, you already owe me at least $1,000,000.00
