Wicked Midwest Records was established in August of 2003. By Zack Grier. Created out of frustration for a lack of carrier opportunity in central Nebraska, WMR represents the dream of being successful. Located in Grand Island, NE. For the last five years they have been writing ,recording and performing their own material. In a location not yet supportive of hip hop culture, they continue fighting an up hill battle to become a national recognized independent record lable. WMR strongly believes it has some of the best unsigned talent, not just in the state, but in the country. Home to artists Peop Blue, El Nino, Lunatic, Tiny, and more, plus a handful of talented and passionate producers they have all the ingredients to become a dynasty.
