About Artist
Started as a quick release in junior high the Mouse as it was called quickly became an all consuming project of emotions. Taking the minimalist approach Brad leaves an open haunting folk rock feel that melds well with the confessional style lyrics. On the surface there are clear influences from bright eyes, but deeper in the lyrics you hear other artists like Bob Dylan, Elliot Smith, and Johnny Cash. All in all it creates a sound that leaves you with a highly emotionally charged sound raw and true. Who would have looked in Northern Michigan to find such a sound?
